Personal Data GDPR

We need to store and process personal data, such as name, address, phone number, and personal identification number. The purpose of such processing is to enroll and register children and guardians.

We have received the information from the guardians. We apply current privacy legislation to all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is a preschool placement agreement. Your information will be stored for as long as your child attends the preschool.

The personal data we process about you is shared with the Preschool Administration, City of Gothenburg. We may also share your personal data with a third party if we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU.

The Data Controller is Anna-Lena Maryam Andersson. You have the right to contact us to obtain information about the data we have about you, to request correction, transfer, or to request that we limit processing, to object, or to request deletion of your data. You can do this most easily through our Data Protection Officer at: maryam@ljusetforskola.se.

If you have complaints about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
