The Linden Department

For children between 2 - 3 years old.

Here, the environment is adapted for the older toddlers. We work according to the Montessori pedagogy (see Montessori pedagogy) which means we always focus on the child and their needs and development. Every week we visit the beautiful forest area nearby, and we also go to the library, on field trips and to the theater.

A typical day at Linden:

7:30 – Breakfast together with children from Eken and Björken.
8:00 – Free play
9:00 – Fruit time
9:30 – Indoor and outdoor activities, forest trip once a week.
11:00 – Circle time
11:30 – Lunch prepared at the preschool
12:30-14 – Nap time
14:30 – Afternoon snack
15:00 – Free play and crafts.
17:00 – Preschool closes.
