Practical Information
Opening Hours
We are open between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
For other needs, we adapt to the framework hours of 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
It is important that parents submit certificates and schedules from employers and schools at the beginning of each fall term and when there are changes to the child’s attendance hours.
Closure
The preschool is closed for four weeks during summer break. We typically follow Gothenburg city’s preschool closure schedule.
Phone Hours
The departments have phone hours between 8-9 AM and 2-4 PM.

The principal’s phone hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

Reporting Illness
As a parent, you must report if your child is sick and specify their illness.
There are rules requiring children to stay home for certain periods even if you consider them healthy, e.g., if the child has a contagious illness such as stomach flu, chickenpox, eye infection, etc.
Always contact the preschool before the child returns.

Cooperation with Home
It is important to always inform the preschool if something has happened to the child or if there is anything else we need to consider or that might affect the child’s well-being.
We aim to have two parent-teacher conferences during the academic year.
